UniFi 6 LR AP is a next-generation Wi-Fi 6 access point with a 4x4 MU-MIMO antenna specifically designed to extend the range of your wireless network. UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point solutions deliver their full potential in high traffic environments such as warehouses, hangars and stadiums. However, the range of the UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point is much wider and is suitable for deployment in offices, apartments and homes. The antennas of the UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point are tuned for situations where there is a need for better signal reception.
Featuring 4x4 MU-MIMO and OFDMA antennas in the 5 GHz band and 2x2 MIMO antennas in the 2.4 GHz band, the next generation UniFi 6 LR Access Point delivers a total wireless data transfer rate of up to 2.7 Gbps.
Support for the new Wi-Fi 6 standard allows to provide high quality services to more clients using the algorithms of the new 802.11ax standard. The device is several times more efficient than the classic UniFi 6 Lite access point, optimizing costs in open scenarios and reducing access point densification and switching costs. The omnidirectional antenna array is designed to provide increased RF coverage and is optimized for face-down ceiling mounting. The UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point software is centrally managed, configured and updated through the standard Ubiquiti UniFi OS Console application, allowing maximum flexibility to apply necessary system modifications with minimal effort.
