VICTOR-24V is an 8-port Gigabit Manageable Switch. This switch provides high performance, QoS functions at the enterprise level, advanced security strategies and rich management functions in L2 layer. In addition, the switch is equipped with 2-gigabit SFP sockets, which allows for flexible network expansion. VICTOR 24V is a cost-effective network solution for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The switch offers PoE power supply with 24V on eight RJ45 ports with 1000Mbps throughput. The total PoE power budget is 120W. It can power devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points that are compatible with Passive PoE (24V).
VICTOR-24V has many security and management functions. The IP-MAC-Port-VID Binding and Access Control List (ACL) functions protect against storms, ARP attacks and Denial-of-Service (DoS). The Quality of Service function (QoS, L2 to L4) provides extended traffic management capabilities. QoS restricts access to sensitive network resources by blocking packets based on source and destination MAC address, IP address, TCP/UDP ports and even VLAN ID. An easy-to-use management interface as well as a CLI console can be used to manage the device.
To enhance the application capabilities of Layer 2 switches, the VICTOR-24V supports a complete range of Layer 2 functionality including VLAN 802.1Q tags, port isolation, port mirroring, STP/RSTP, Link Aggregation Control Protocol and Function Flow Control 802.3x. In addition, the switch provides advanced network maintenance features such as back loop detection, cable diagnostics and IGMP Snooping function. IGMP snooping ensures that the switch only sends the multicast stream to the right recipients, while IGMP throttling & filtering restricts each subscriber at port level to prevent unauthorized access to multicast.
