Aruba 2530 48G POE+

Aruba 2530 48G POE+ is an economical, 52-port and fully managed Gigabit Layer 2 PoE+ switch. This model has 48 10/100/1000 ports with PoE+ support and 4 Gigabit SFP ports. It supports IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet with a PoE budget of 382 W.

Aruba 2530 series switches provide security and reliability for small and medium enterprises implementations. These fully manageable switches feature Layer 2 functionality with optional PoE+, increased access security, traffic prioritization, sFlow, IPv6 support, power supply, all thanks to energy-saving Ethernet. Aruba 2530 series switches are easy to implement and use. It provides a consistent, wired/wireless user interface with a unified security system and management tools such as Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager, Aruba AirWave and cloud-based Aruba Central.

Safety and quality of service (QoS)

The Aruba 2530 series Switches support flexible 802.1X authentication methods as well as MAC and Web authentication, in accordance with application security policies. Security is enhanced by advanced denial of service (DOS) protection, DHCP and DynamicARP protection and dynamic IP lock. Flexible traffic control includes ACL and QoS prioritization. Traffic prioritization using the IEEE 802.1p standard allows real-time traffic classification, with support for eight priority levels mapped to two or four queues, using either deficit carousel algorithm (WDRR) or strict priority (SP).

Simple implementation and management

Aruba 2530 series switches support various management interfaces such as Web GUI, Command Line (CLI) and SNMP with console or micro USB ports. Quiet operation features both fanless and fanless models, thanks to variable speed. Zero touch provisioning (ZTP) ensures fast and trouble-free implementation in places where there are no extensive technical resources.

Aruba 2530 series switches support Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager for unified and consistent communication policy between wired and wireless users and simplify the implementation and management of guest login, network access, security, QoS and other network policy elements.

RMON and sFlow provide advanced monitoring and reporting capabilities for statistics, history, events and alarms. The central management platform based on the Aruba cloud offers a simple, secure and economical way to manage switches.
