The USW-Pro-Max-24 is managed and configured by the UniFi Network Controller, which supports UniFi mobile apps. Thus, users can manage system traffic from anywhere. The switch offers a set of advanced Layer 2 switching protocols and features, such as switching, mirroring or aggregation per port, and Layer 3 features, including inter-VLAN routing, static routing and DHCP server functionality.
The UniFi platform is rapidly evolving into a full SDN (Software-Defined Networking) solution, integrating high-performance switching. UniFi Pro switches support an external DC input interface and a USP RPS interface as an additional power function, providing backup in case of internal power supply failure.
