TP-Link T1500G-8T (TL-SG2008) | Switch | 8x RJ45 1000Mb/s, Managed

EN
The TP-Link Gigabit Smart Switch TL-SG2008 is equipped with 8 Gigabit RJ45 ports, including 1 PoE port compliant with the IEEE 802.3af/at standard. The device provides high data transfer efficiency, advanced security features such as Storm Control, which protects against broadcast storms of Broadcast, Multicast and Unicast packets, as well as QoS functions on the business level and extensive traffic management functions on the second layer. The T1500G-8T is a cost-effective solution for small and medium businesses.
T1500G-8T is equipped with a PoE port compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards. The switch can thus be powered by Power over Ethernet, which guarantees convenient installation of the device in places where there is no access an outlet. There is also an option to power it with an external power supply.
The extensive QoS functions enable simultaneous and smooth transmission of voice, video and data. The network administrator can set transmission priorities based on port priority, 802.1P and DSCP protocols, which guarantees smooth data transmission.
The T1500G-8T switches are equipped with a number of second layer traffic management features such as 802.1Q VLAN support, port isolation, port mirroring, STP/RSTP/MSTP, port aggregation, and 802.3x flow control, increasing the number of possible applications. Maintenance functions such as loop back connection detection, cable diagnostics and IGMP snooping are also available. IGMP snooping allows intelligent multicast streaming to specific subscribers only, and IGMP throttling/filtering effectively limits access to multicast for unauthorized users.
The T1500G-8T is easy to use and manage. It provides users with extensive management capabilities, offering an intuitive graphical browser interface (GUI) or command line interface (CLI). With SNMP (v1/2/3) and RMON support, it can send out unforeseen event messages and monitor device status.
