TP-Link RE500, a signal amplifier using 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) standard, provides speeds up to 600 MB/s in 2.4GHz band and 1300 MB/s in 5GHz band. RE550 supports 3x3 MU-MIMO technology, so it can send packets to multiple devices simultaneously, which makes the device capable of performing many demanding tasks simultaneously.
TP-Link's Mesh technology makes it easy to create a one-name Wi-Fi network with seamless coverage throughout your home - simply connect the RE550 to a OneMesh™ router. So you can freely move around your home without worrying about losing your Wi-Fi connection.
The RE550's dual Wi-Fi bands allow you to connect more devices at the same time. Speeds of up to 600MB/s in the 2.4GHz band are ideal for email control and web browsing, while 1300MB/s in the 5GHz band is ideal for online gaming and HD streaming.
Adaptive Path Selection (APS) ensures the fastest connection to your router, guaranteeing optimal speed. This ensures that your connection will always be fast and stable - even with many connected clients and tasks.
The RE550 is more than just a Wi-Fi signal booster. By plugging an Ethernet cable into a port on the RE550, you can easily turn your wired Internet connection into a dual-band 3×3 MIMO Wi-Fi.
