The LtAP 4G device is a compact 4G (LTE) wireless access point, weatherproof, ideal for use in urban environments or outside the network. It has a built-in wireless modem that supports 4G (LTE) connectivity, there is no need for additional devices.
Operating at 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n allows safe access to LTE networks from your phone or other wireless device with download speeds of to 150 Mbps. You can also use Gigabit LAN Ethernet ports for wired devices. There are several options to power the DC jack socket, POE input.
The extremely rugged housing with a special wall-mounting kit will be the ideal solution for almost every challenge: from public transport, food trucks to harsh winters and stormy environments. LtAP can operate at any temperature from -40° C to +70° C. It is an ideal solution for tracking vehicles in real time.
Mikrotik LTE access point is equipped with an additional miniPCIe socket, offering many expansion options. For example, you can install a second LTE modem for redundancy or 5GHz interface to have two 2.4GHz / 5GHz AP + LTE bands simultaneously. The next miniPCIe slot is already filled with an LTE modem.
LtAP has a Serial RS232 port, which gives access to the console for debugging, as well as USB> port for other devices. RBLtAP-2HnD&R11e-4G contains a LTE modem that supports bands 3, 7, 20, 31, 41n, 42 and 43.
