TheAPC 5M is a versatile, high performance and stable 5 GHz access point. This product features an 802.11n MIMO radio with very high output power (up to 29 dBm), enclosed in a rugged IP-65 compliant enclosure with dual N-type connectors, suitable for wide area operation. The robust hardware is coupled with an advanced and feature-rich operating system optimized for high performance communications that provides compatibility with legacy 802.11a standards while supporting the latest in wireless communications.
External N converters make the APC 5M a very versatile device suitable for long-range point-to-point (using an external antenna), long-range point-to-multipoint (using a high-gain sector antenna) or hotspot (using omnidirectional antennas) applications.
