DGS-1250-28XMP is a 10 Gigabit PoE intelligent switch, providing economical access for small and medium enterprises (SMB). The switch offers 48 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE ports, the device is also equipped with 4 10G SFP+ ports for optical connections with multi-mode or single-mode SFP transmitters. Other features include a console port with full command line interface (CLI), QoS and advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 functions, making this a true reliable network at an excellent price.
The DGS-1250 switch supports Dual Image and Dual Configuration functions, as well as a console port for easy configuration, troubleshooting and change without network disruption. The full Command Line Interface (CLI) functionality enables remote configuration without the need to use the Internet. While there is a network problem, the supported Spanning Tree (STP/RSTP/MSTP) protocols will help keep your network running without disruption or downtime.
The DGS-1250-28XMP switch offers Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE), which simplifies the deployment of IP cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points. Using the switch's interface management, the administrator can remotely control PoE functions, i.e. remote reboot of cameras or access points from anywhere. All PoE models support IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at. standards.
The DGS-1250-28XMP switch is equipped with D-Link Network Assistant (DNA), so that network administrators can remotely control their network from the port. The DNA allows clients to easily detect multiple D-Link managed smart switches in the same L2 segment of the network and display them on the screen for instant access.
