The E600 Access Point supports seamless roaming for up to 2048 customers - without the need for a network controller! The built-in WEB Hotspot Portal allows you to manage a 2048 client base - without having to connect the structure to an external cnMaestro controller. The whole process can be adapted inside the standalone AP e600.
Earn from your Wi-Fi service with cnMaestro's Guest Access features, which support the network access system, based on the following mechanisms: social logging (access for liking a page), temporary access coupons (pre-configured set of rules for so-called time policies or the amount of data downloaded), gateway for payment processing e.g. with a payment card. Thanks to these features, the e600 is an ideal solution for use in a dorm, hotel, café, camping site or office guest access (e.g. in conference rooms).
Implementation of MESH mode with any other Cambium device allows to conveniently extend the range of the propagated WiFi network in places where there is no LAN infrastructure for direct connection of an AP.
As an access point, the E600 provides a maximum transmission power of 28 dB and supports 4x4: 4 MU-MIMO at 5 GHz, offering more flexibility than ever in terms of range and bandwidth. Stand-alone bandwidth management features AutoRF - radio power management and Airtime fairness (supporting users with weaker signal or slower supported maximum speed client WiFi card). The implementation of these mechanisms results in higher connection speeds to client devices. These mechanisms make your WiFi network adapt to the dynamic behavior of your customers.
With up to 512 clients at a time, up to 16 SSIDs, and two built-in Active/Standby memory modules, the e600 has the features of a device designed for high density environments. The redundancy in the memory modules corresponds to today's High Availability/ HA requirements, which translates directly into higher security for the AP e600 - compared to similar competitor solutions.
When you buy the e600, you get a free top-of-the-line cnMaestro controller elevated to the cloud. The reduction in the cost of maintenance of such managed AP is unquestionable. Moreover, the expansion of WiFi network based on Cambium devices is free - there are no hidden license fees limiting the number of devices connected to the controller. Therefore, it is safe to say that AP e600 based on 802.11ac wave 2 is one of the most competitive 4x4 access points.
