An integrated 4 dBi LTE antenna, a USB port, one 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit Ethernet port and an RS232 serial port provide versatile connectivity and debugging capabilities. With three miniSIM card slots, the MikroTik LtAP LR8 LTE6 Kit allows easy switching between cellular carriers for uninterrupted connectivity. Integrated GNSS support (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo) makes the device perfect for real-time vehicle location tracking.
The MikroTik LtAP LR8 LTE6 Kit features a new CAT6 LTE modem, which significantly increases the speed of mobile internet and reduces the price of the kit. The LTE6 modem enables carrier band aggregation for better performance even in crowded environments and areas with weak signals. The MikroTik LtAP LR8 LTE6 Kit can reach a maximum theoretical throughput of 300 Mbps when downloading data and 50 Mbps when uploading data, making it an extremely efficient solution for remote Internet access.
The LoRa 8 modem in the MikroTik LtAP LR8 LTE6 Kit serves as a gateway to the LoRa network, enabling wireless communication with IoT (Internet of Things) devices . Thanks to its low frequencies (863 - 870 MHz), LoRa provides transmission over very long distances, ideally suited for connecting various types of sensors and devices. The MikroTik LtAP LR8 LTE6 Kit supports 8 different channels in the 868EU band, Listen Before Talk (LBT) and spectral scanning, increasing its versatility for IoT applications .
