In comparison with other wireless routers RouterBOARD 2011UiAS-2HnD has more functions and interfaces. It is powered by a new Atheros 600MHz 74K MIPS network processor. It has 128 MB of RAM, five Gigabit LAN ports, five Fast Ethernet LAN ports and an SFP slot. Its 1,000 mW radio module operates at 2.4 GHz, from 2312 to 2732 MHz. The wireless network is based on 802.11b/g/n standards. The device has been equipped with RJ45 serial port, microUSB port and RouterOS level 5 license. It has two antennas with 4 dBi gain each andan LCD display. It can be powered via power supply or PoE.
RB2011 devices work on the basis of Mikrotik RouterOS operating system, which is a fully functional routing system that has been constantly developing for fifteen years. Dynamic routing, hotspot, firewall, MPLS, VPN, advanced service configuration, load balancing, real-time configuration or device monitoring are just a few examples of functions selected from a huge number of supported by RouterOS.
The RB2011Ui routerboard has a passive PoE output on the last port (ETH10), which means that it can power another device through a regular Ethernet cable.
RouterBOARD 2011UAS-2HnD-IN is equipped with an LCD panel placed in a traditional desktop case and power supply.
