Full Range of Exercises

The Kingsmith FBB1C bench allows you to perform a variety of exercises divided by muscle zones. You can train:

  • Chest: crosses with the lift, crosses with the high lift, crosses with the low lift, one-handed openings and chest presses.
  • Back: one-arm rowing with the lift, one-arm rowing with the low lift and pull-ups of the broadest back.
  • Arms: biceps flexion and biceps flexion with both hands with the lower lift.
  • Legs and/or glutes: hip extension, Bulgarian squat, glute bridge, side leg raise, bench step, hip extension with lower lift, leg extension, hip adduction and hip inversion with lower lift.
  • Abdominal: twists, crunches, leg raises, side plank and leg raises.
