The device has eight 10/100/1000 Mbps and two SFP ports including management interfaces and extensive second layer functions. Extensive Layer 2 functions

The D-Link DGS-1210-10P switch has a full range of L2 functions, including IGMP Snooping, Port Mirroring, Spanning Tree and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). The IEEE 802.3x flow control function allows servers to connect directly to the switch for fast and reliable data transfer.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) support

D-LINK DGS-1210-10P has 8 built-in Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) ports, which simplifies the installation of IP cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points and other powered devices. Using the switch's management interface, the administrator can control PoE functions, such as remotely rebooting cameras or access points, from anywhere in the network.
