cnWave V5000 from Cambium Networks is a microwave relay link operating in the 57 to 66 GHz band. The device is integrated with a dual-sector antenna that provides more than 22.5 dBi gain and a coverage angle of up to 280 degrees with beamforming. This backhaul radio has data rates up to 15.2 Gbit/s (7.6 Gbit/s for upload and download) with link bonding and an EIRP (equivalent isotropic radiated power) of 38 dBmW. It supports TDMA / TDD channel access, network synchronization and is certified for Terragraph technology by Facebook. This radio provides simple, fast and cost-effective gigabit wireless connectivity for edge access solutions compared to fiber infrastructure.
Up to four other distribution nodes or up to 30 client nodes can be connected to a single cnWave V5000 device. The devices are powered by 802.3at Power over Ethernet and support download and upload speeds of up to 7.6 Gbps. In addition to a 10 Gigabit Ethernet port and a 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, an SFP port is available .
60 GHz cnWave works with the cnMaestro management system from Cambium Networks. The cnMaestro™ system is a local or cloud-based software platform that provides secure and comprehensive network management. The cnMaestro Wireless Network Control Panel simplifies device management by providing complete network visibility and the ability to operate without assistance. We have the ability to view and perform a range of wireless network management functions in real-time.
